Whiteout! is a series of random encounters set in a wintry version of Upsilon City, created for the Cloud Empress table top roleplaying game. The zine contains:

• 38 unique encounters spread over a percentile roll-up system, some providing connections to other entries to the CE Winter Jam
• Several new Crests, Spells, items
• An alien language system to decipher
• A secret place to find, with 9 keyed areas
• A very strange hummingbird
